This privacy policy applies to the Aklımda Vehicle Inspection Reminder App (“Application”), provided by Gökhan ADIGÜZEL as a free service. The service is provided "AS IS."
This policy applies to the Application on both Android and iOS platforms and governs the collection, use, and disclosure of information regardless of the device or operating system used.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information necessary for account creation, vehicle registration, and reminder services. This may include:

- Vehicle details such as make, model, and license plate,
- Reminder types and dates (inspection, tax, insurance, etc.),
- Phone number (optional, for SMS reminders).
This information is used solely for operating the application, sending notifications, and managing reminders. It is not sold to third parties or used for commercial purposes.
In-App Purchases
The Application may offer in-app purchases for premium features or additional services. All transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The Application does not store or access your payment information, such as credit card numbers.

Third-Party Services and Optimization
The Application may use third-party SDKs and analytics tools to measure performance, report errors, and optimize application functionality, including app promotion and user experience. Data Sharing
User data is never sold. Limited data may only be shared with trusted third-party services to enhance application performance or optimize notifications and promotion.
Account Deletion and Data Retention
Users may permanently delete their accounts via the official website or the application. Upon deletion, all user data is irreversibly removed from the system.
User personal data is stored as long as the account remains active. When the account is deleted, all personal data associated with it is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Children’s Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 or target this age group.
The Application is not intended for individuals under 13 years old. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be promptly deleted. Legal Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
Disclaimer
The Application provides informational reminder services for vehicles. Accuracy of reminders depends on user-provided data and system notifications. Delays, omissions, or technical issues do not hold the developer responsible. The Application is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Consent
By checking the consent box during registration, the user explicitly acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of personal data for the purposes described herein, including performance analytics, optimization, and campaign promotion.
